Fox has dedicated her life to fixing our broken food system. With 20 years experience under her belt, she has worked to usher in the future of food as attorney, political leader and entrepreneur. Fox has been featured in Forbes, the Boston Globe, and other national media. She is recognized as an international expert and speaker on the Future of Food. Fox also spent three years as an adjunct Professor of Leadership at Emerson College.
As a mom, athlete, and President at Lighter, Risk personally and professionally dedicates her life to helping people eat better. She is a graduate of the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, sits on the advisory board of the Friedman Entrepreneurship program, and has a rich background in behavior health and chronic disease research, including work with the World Health Organization.
As Lighter's CTO, Pastore's mission is to put his award-winning tech expertise to work for our heroes in healthcare. He has a wealth of professional experience with companies such as HuffPost, AOL, Dell and Verizon Wireless.
Sheils was previously Director of Business Development at CircleUp, a firm focused on early-stage entrepreneurs. Before CircleUp, Sheils was a Managing Director of Investment Banking at Seaport Global, where over twelve years she led numerous financings and advisories for companies ranging from pre-revenue to $300 million and specialized in helping entrepreneurs build for growth and structuring complex capital. She spent the early part of her career in New York at Morgan Stanley and Jefferies. Sheils holds a BS in Economics from Duke University and a master’s degree from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
As a founding employee at Lighter, Rivard is committed to building a more sustainable, compassionate, and healthier food system. She works closely with leadership to set and execute on company-wide goals. An expert in optimization & efficiency, Rivard manages company operations within a host of departments including legal, HR, sales, business development, finance, security, & marketing. Rivard holds a Juris Doctorate and Masters in Ethics from Fordham University.

An award-winning tech veteran with 20+ years of experience, Shopov devotes his tech skills to serving his passion for helping people live healthier lives. As an avid athlete, Alex also personally understands the importance of eating well.
Director of Engineering - LighterPRO
Wohl is a creative technologist committed to building socially responsible software. With years of experience at organizations such as the New York Federal Reserve Bank and Columbia University’s Earth Institute, he has built critical interfaces for large institutions and created open-source tools designed to improve energy and healthcare access in remote parts of the world.
Kayli Dice, R.D.
Director of Nutrition & Healthcare
As a Registered Dietitian and former personal chef, Dice deeply understands the power of food-as-medicine. She holds a Masters in Nutrition & Physical Performance and has worked with hundreds of people to prevent and reverse chronic disease through changing their eating habits. Dice is on faculty for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and chairs their RD Working Group. She is nutrition consultant to the Plantrician Project and authored their Plant-Based Nutrition Quick Start Guide, a resource used by thousands of healthcare providers around the world. She also serves on the board of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group. Dice is dedicated to enabling her fellow healthcare champions to do the work they set out to do - heal people.
Sahra Pak, R.D.
Food & Nutrition Communication Lead
As a Registered Dietitian, Pak brings her extensive experience in healthcare and public health to Lighter to improve the health of the population through effective communication, sustainable behavior modification approaches and upstream intervention strategies. Through her work with Los Angeles and Solano County Department of Public Health, Kaiser Permanente, and partnering with health advocacy organizations such as CSPI (Center for Science in the Public Interest), Pak has helped create sustainable food systems, adapted public policy, implemented environmental change, and health education programs. Pak recognizes that true health is achieved at the intersection of technology, home cooking, and real food.
Product Design Lead
Silva holds a degree from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. He is an experienced product designer with years of experience working with some of the world’s largest brands and most innovative startups, such as EF Education First, ASICS, Grubhub, Genospace, and Runkeeper among many others. He is passionate about crafting usable and delightful experiences for companies with a meaningful mission.

Naylor has 15 years of experience in the design world and has always focused on making products that increase user satisfaction and make an impact in the world. He’s been instrumental in product creation from a startup idea to expanding a well established market leader, he continues to focus on making products that increase user satisfaction and make an impact in the world such as Vistaprint, Scipher Medicine, and Maxwell Health.
Director of Healthcare Partnerships
Curry's mission to help improve people's health started through athletics. He studied exercise science and played Division I baseball. After college, Curry began working in tech and is now fired up to partner with nutrition experts at Lighter to bring his two passions together as Director of Healthcare Partnerships.
Director of Global Brand Initiatives
Dellicicchi is the Director of Global Brand Initiatives at Lighter responsible for LighterLabeled. In this position, she offers strategic insights to our partners, focused on growth, scalability and enterprising. Prior to Lighter, Dellicicchi founded The Stand Juice Companies and Hideaway Farm where she oversaw company growth, staffing, and managed multi million dollar revenue for 14 plus years. She sold the Connecticut based company in early 2019. Dellicicchi is a sustainability expert, and a sought after business consultant, focusing on early stage, ethical businesses, ranging from $100K to $50M.
Analytics Lead / Product Manager
As Analytics Lead and Product Manager at Lighter, Hunter empowers the team to strategically and efficiently turn ideas, research, and feedback into reality. Hunter holds Master of Public Health and Master of Science in Nutrition Communication degrees from Tufts University, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College.

Jensen-Wheat has always been fascinated with the “why” behind what people choose to eat. And, the impact that those everyday choices have on the greater world. At Lighter she takes her background in nutrition science and psychology to help our members on their journey to a kinder kitchen each and every day.

Eager to help others experience the same health and happiness she has since adopted a healthy diet, Diehl left her career in as an attorney to help people eat better. Now, as part of Lighter's Customer Success Team, Diehl is here to answer any and all questions related to harnessing the power of plants.

McDonald found her passion for food while dealing with personal health issues throughout college. She made it her mission to heal herself through a plant-based diet. McDonald has studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and she utilizes her passion for food is medicine to help others create a healthy lifestyle for themselves
Finance & Account Manager
Prior to Lighter, Wackenreuter worked as the sole operations person at NewStar Capital in Boston with over two billion under management. As a triathlete, he has experienced the power of healthy eating on performance and recovery. In his free time Wackenreuter loves to surf the coasts of New England and volunteers with the Special Olympics.
